Panther Metals plc has sold part of its holding in its Australian spin-out Panther Metals Ltd.

The sale of 1,131,446 shares for $55,615, approximately £28,935.00, is a net decrease of 5.66% in its interest.

The company now holds 18,868,555 shares in Panther Metals Ltd, equivalent to 21.65% of the total outstanding issued capital.

Panther’s own projects are in Ontario, Canada.
