Oriole Resources plc said it had completed the conversion of the second tranche of directors’ wages into shares as part of the company’s salary sacrifice scheme.
A total of £25,000 has been converted to 8,934,647 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each.
Oriole added that following the issue of thee shares, the directors would collectively hold 2.95% of the issued share capital of the company.
The shares will be issued as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares, including the right to receive dividends and other distributions declared on or after the date on which they are issued.
