Oriole Resources plc non-executive chair Eileen Carr has acquired 6 million ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the company at a price of 0.33 pence per share.
The shares, bought for £19,800, represent 0.15% of the issued share capital of the company.
Following the purchase, Ms Carr has a beneficial interest over 168,172,969 ordinary shares, representing 4.32% of Oriole‘s total voting rights.
