Orcadian co-founder Greg Harding to retire

Orcadian Energy plc’s co-founder Greg Harding will retire at the end of 2022.

In October 2013, he and Steve Brown established the company by screening relinquishment reports for a North Sea project of scale.

“The board thanks Greg for his outstanding contribution to our understanding of the very best way to develop the Pilot field, and his unwavering support for our plans,” said Orcadian in a statement.

“Greg will cease to be a director of the company from the 31 December 2022 and the board all wish Greg the very best in his retirement.”

Kavango raises £38,977 via warrant exercise

Kavango Resources plc has raised £38,977.27 following notices to exercise warrants over 1,431,818 new ordinary shares of  £0.001 each in the company. The warrant shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of 1,250,000 warrants granted and announced on 15 April 2020 and 181,818 warrants granted and announced on 1 December 2020.
