Anglesey Mining plc former director Danesh Varma who worked for the company for just under 10 years has died.
Mr Varma joined the board in 1994 and held the post of finance director and company secretary before stepping down last November.
He was also non-executive director at First Class Metals plc until his resignation in October 2023.
Anglesey said it was saddened to report his death on 8 August 2024.
