New Ballarat Gold Corp’s exploration manager David Holden has resigned as a board director.

The joint venture (JV) company comprises Red Rock Resources plc (50.1%) and Power Metal Resources plc (49.9%), and has a 100% interest in Red Rock Australasia Pty Ltd.

The JV appointed Mr Holden as a board director in March 2021.

Companies House noted the New Zealander geologist’s resignation effective on 27 September 2022.
