The Mineral Products Association announced that chief executive officer Nigel Jackson has decided to step down.
Mr Jackson, who held the role for 13 years, will be replaced by Jon Prichard from 1 October 2022.
Mr Prichard is a chartered civil engineer and currently CEO at the Institution of Chemical Engineers.
He was previously at the Engineering Council, Consulting Engineers Rendel and the Institution of Civil Engineers after completing 19 years in the British Army – Royal Engineers.
