Metals Exploration plc non-executive director Andrew Chubb and a person closely associated with him have purchased in total 564,901 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each at an average 6.14p per share.
Mr Chubb acquired 315,743 shares in the company on 28 and 31 March and Victoria Chubb bought 249,158 shares on 28 March.
Following the acquisition, both have have an interest in 4,664,901 ordinary shares, representing 0.17% of Metals’ current total voting rights.
The company owns gold producing and development assets in Nicaragua and the Philippines.
