Metals Exploration Ltd’s acquisition of Condor Gold plc has today been sanctioned by the High Court, with completion expected tomorrow.
Following admission of 830,145,141 new Metals shares issued to Condor shareholders, Metals will have 2,965,438,788 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each in issue, of which 393,513,312 ordinary shares are held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights is therefore 2,571,925,476.
Condor has requested its shares be suspended from trading on AIM and the TSX.
Edit on 25 February 2025: admission shares and overall figures have been amended following an administrative error and correction issued on 25 February 2025 by Metals Exploration. Admission of 701 existing ordinary shares to trading will be cancelled.
