Kavango Resources raises £231,250 in warrant exercise

Kavango Resources plc said it had received £231,250 following notices to exercise warrants over 9,250,000 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the company.

The warrant shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants granted and announced in April 2020.
