Kavango Resources plc raised £60,000 from a director subscription for 1,090,911 new ordinary shares in the company on the same terms at the placing announced yesterday (5 July).
Chief executive Ben Turney subscribed for 727,274 new ordinary shares (363,637 in his name and 363,637 through private company Dynamic Investor Relations, 70% of which Mr Turney owns).
Company founder and executive director Mike Moles subscribed for 363,637 shares.
