Kavango Resources plc received subscription monies of  £31,250 following notices to exercise warrants over 1,250,000 new ordinary shares of  £0.001  each in the company (warrant shares).

The warrant shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants granted on 1 December 2020.
