Kavango Resources plc raised £12,500 after receiving notices to exercise warrants over 1,250,000 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the company (warrant shares).
The warrant shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants granted and announced on 15 April 2020.
