Katoro Gold plc, focused on Ontario in Canada, has changed its name to Focus Xplore plc.
EXPANSION
The company, which recently exited Tanzania, has a new portfolio comprising 641 mining claims with priority for six lithium and one rare earth element projects.
Focus also owns 100% of the White Pine uranium project.
“The new name comes at an appropriate time following our recent strategic expansion,” said chief executive officer Patrick Cullen.
“The Focus Xplore plc name and brand better reflects our purpose as we advance our critical minerals exploration portfolio in Ontario.”
