Jersey Oil & Gas plc chief executive officer Andrew Benitz acquired 14,422 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the company, at a price of 208 pence each.

The acquisition on 9 January 2024 results in Mr Benitz holding 716,598 shares, equal to 2.19% of the company’s issued share capital.
