JDH Exploration Ltd’s appointment of geological consultant Richard Belcher as a director has ended.
Companies House lists the remaining directors as Walkabout Resources Ltd’s chief financial officer Anthony Allen and managing director/chief executive Andrew Cunningham, along with secretary David Beare.
JDH holds two licences, granted in 2018, in and around the Cree Valley, New Galloway and Kells Parish, and a third awarded in 2021 around Gatehouse of Fleet, southwest Scotland.
The Walkabout subsidiary is engaged in “very low impact exploration” including geological mapping, exploratory drilling and aerial surveying.
Areas covered comprise Blackcraig up towards Talnotry and Glenhead within Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS), south of Loch Dee.
Based upon government surveys, JDH states it has also identified additional areas of interest on land managed by FLS and other landowners.
