IGas appoints Frances Ward as CFO-board director

IGas Energy plc has appointed Frances Ward as chief financial officer and a board director, with immediate effect.

Ms Ward has more than 15 years’ senior management experience in the international oil and gas sector.

She joined IGas in 2017 as group financial controller and became finance director in July 2020.

Her current directorships are at Star Energy Weald Basin Ltd, Dart Energy (West England) Ltd, Dart Energy (Europe) Ltd, Island Gas Operations Ltd, Star Energy Ltd, IGas Energy Development Ltd, IGas Energy Production Ltd, Star Energy Group Ltd, Island Gas (Singleton) Ltd, IGas Energy Enterprise Ltd, Island Gas Ltd, Dart Energy (East England) Ltd and Eolas UK Consulting Ltd.
