IGas Energy plc has appointed Chris Hopkinson as chief executive officer and Philip Jackson as non-executive chairman, effectively immediately.
Mr Hopkinson joined the company in January 2022 and has been interim CEO since September of the same year.
Mr Jackson has been a non-executive director of IGas since 2017, when he was appointed by Kerogen Capital following the completion of the refinancing of the company at the time.
IGas said that he had no remaining affiliation with Kerogen Capital and was no longer considered as a nominee director pursuant to the relationship agreement with IGas.
Kerogen continues to reserve its right to appoint up to two directors to the board of IGas.
