PURCHASE
Chairman John Festival purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the company at CAD0.355 per share.
He now has 2,602,360 ordinary shares, representing 0.22% of the company’s issued share capital.
Chief executive officer Majid Shafiq purchased 206,607 ordinary shares at a price of 24.2 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Mr Shafiq holds 9,537,891 ordinary shares, representing 0.80% of the company’s issued share capital.
