i3 Energy plc has appointed Jason Dranchuk as chief financial officer (CFO) in a non-board role, effective from today.
Mr Dranchuk has more than 25 years’ experience in senior finance roles in the energy sector with a focus on the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, a core area for the company.
He also has more than 12 years’ experience as CFO of public Canadian listed companies including Chinook Energy Inc and Zargon Oil and Gas Ltd, engaging in corporate and asset transactions, equity offerings, corporate structuring and financings, and broad operational accounting.
Mr Dranchuk is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA, CMA) and gained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
