i3 Energy plc said that certain of its loan noteholders had exercised warrants over 9,051,927 ordinary shares in the company.

Following admission, i3 Energy will have 1,201,899,967 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.0001 each.

Egdon Resources Ltd and its partners have won an appeal for side-track drilling operation, testing and long-term oil production at the Biscathorpe-2 well site in the Lincolnshire Wolds.
