Hurricane Energy plc reported a purchase of a total 1,483,776 ordinary shares by directors and persons closely associated (PCA) with them.
The company’s chairman Philip Wolfe and Lucy Wolfe (PCA of chairman) purchased 1,354,556 shares each at 7.6 pence; Kaye Bridgewater PCA of chief executive officer Antony Maris: 64,610 each at 7.7 pence; Nicolie Chaffe PCA of chief financial officer Richard Chaffe: 65.610 each at 7.7 pence.
