Hummingbird Resources plc chief executive officer Daniel Betts has purchased 185,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the company at a price of 13.2297p per share.

Following the transaction, Mr Betts is beneficially interested in total 5,234,149 ordinary shares, representing 1.333% of the company’s currently issued share capital.
