Hummingbird Resources plc is scheduled to cease trading on 28 February after its major creditor Nokio Resources Corporation secured 75% or more of the company earlier this year.

MINES
Cancellation of admission to trading is expected at or shortly after 7am on 3 March 2025, after which the company is intended to re-register as a private limited company.
Hummingbird owns the gold mines of Yanfolila in Mali and Kouroussa in Guinea as well as the majority share in Pasofino Gold Ltd which owns the Dugbe gold project in Liberia.
The company also has an equity stake in the Bunker Hill silver-lead-zinc mine in Silver Valley, Northern Idaho, USA.
