Hummingbird Resources plc announced that its non-executive chairman Russell King would retire with effect from 29 June 2022.
Mr King has been chairman of the company since November 2014.
Chief executive Daniel Betts will assume the role of interim executive chairman and CEO until the company appoints a new chairman.
