Horizonte Minerals plc will admit 365,000 ordinary shares on AIM following the exercise by option holders.
On issue of the new ordinary shares, the company’s issued share capital will comprise 268,778,906 ordinary shares, each with voting rights.
Horizonte notes 365,000 share options exercise
