Helium One Global Ltd has received £70,499.99 following notices to exercise warrants over a total of 2,482,394 ordinary shares (warrant shares).

The warrant shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

Following admission, the company’s issued share capital will consist of 612,426,256 ordinary shares with voting rights. 

Helium One holds no ordinary shares in treasury.
