Helium One Global Ltd received £44,311 following notices to exercise warrants over a total 1,560,230 ordinary shares.

Following admission, the company’s issued share capital will consist of 601,322,295 ordinary shares, with voting rights. 

Helium One holds no ordinary shares in treasury.
