Helium One issues 84,745 shares in warrant exercise

Helium One Global Ltd said it had received notice to exercise warrants over a total of 84,745 ordinary shares each at 3.55 pence.

Following admission, the company’s issued share capital will comprise 622,356,286 ordinary shares with none such shares held in treasury.
