Harbour Energy plc independent non-executive director Louise Hough has bought 12,116 ordinary shares in the company.
The purchase on 8 April was at an average price of 175.549 pence per ordinary share.
Following the transaction, Ms Hough holds a direct interest in 18,916 ordinary shares, representing 0.001% of Harbour’s issued ordinary share capital.
The company’s oil and gas interests are in Norway, the UK, Germany, Argentina, Mexico, Egypt, Algeria, Libya , Indonesia, Vietnam and Denmark.
