Harbour Energy plc reported that chairman Blair Thomas has sold 1,099,638 million shares over three days at £4.71 to £4.76, for a total £5,191,179 million.

The sale, via EIG Separate Investments (Cayman) LP which is closely associated with Mr Thomas, took place on Wednesday to Friday last week.
