On 8 February 2023, EIG Separate Investments (Cayman) LP closely associated with Mr Thomas sold 665,290 each at a price of approx. £3.18; on 9 February 584,710 shares each at approx. £3.19; and 10 February 750,000 shares each at approx. £3.21.
The transaction was under the publicly announced trading plan adopted by EIG on 6 February 2023.
