Guardian Metal Resources plc has received £512,743.54 following notices to exercise warrants over a total 2,074,962 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the company.
One notice is over 74,962 new ordinary shares at an exercise price of 17p per warrant share while another is over two million new ordinary shares at an exercise price of 25p per warrant share.
Following admission, Guardian’s issued share capital will comprise 122,012,874 ordinary shares of 1p each, with voting rights.
