Guardian receives £30,787 via warrant exercise

Guardian Metal Resources plc received £30,787.68 following notices to exercise warrants over a total 181,104 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the company, at 17p per warrant share.

Following admission, Guardian‘s issued share capital will comprise 119,292,385 ordinary shares of 1p each, with voting rights.
