Guardian Metal Resources plc has issued 321,229 new ordinary shares of one pence each following an exercise over warrants at 17p per warrant share for £54,608.93.
Following admission, the company’s issued share capital will comprise 126,893,841 ordinary shares of 1p each.
The figure will represent the total voting rights in Guardian.
