Guardian Metal Resources plc has issued 125,588 new ordinary shares of one pence each following a warrants exercise at 17p per warrant share for a total £21,349.96.
Following admission, the company’s issued share capital will comprise 127,019,429 ordinary shares of 1p each.
The figure will also represent Guardian’s total voting rights.
