GreenRoc Mining plc reported shares purchases in the company by one of its non-executive directors and its chief executive officer’s spouse.
Lars Brünner bought 125,000 shares each at 4.6 pence, equivalent to 0.09% in GreenRoc.
Marie Leer Jørgensen, wife of Stefan Bernstein, purchased 130,000 shares each also for 4.6 pence, taking the couple’s total shares to 1.22 million (0.91%).
