GreenRoc Mining plc has raised £100,000 through the issue of 5,263,157 new ordinary shares at a price of 1.9 pence per share.
The placing shares were issued in response to an offer to invest from an institutional shareholder.
Following the issue of the placing shares, GreenRoc’s total issued share capital will consist of 192,727,926 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each, with voting rights.
The company holds no shares in treasury.
