GreenRoc Mining plc has increased last week’s fundraise by £75,000 via an additional tranche placing of 3 million new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each at a price of 2.5 pence per share.
GreenRoc agreed to the additional tranche following a request from an existing shareholder who did not meet the book closing deadline for the original placing.
Net proceeds will support general working capital requirements.
On issue of the additional placing shares, the company’s total issued share capital will comprise 168,114,162 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each. GreenRoc holds no ordinary shares in treasury.
