GreenRoc Mining plc finance director Jim Wynn is leaving the post to focus on his other existing management positions.
The company has appointed Ben Proffitt of Silvertree Partners LLP to its senior management team to oversee finance following Mr Wynn’s departure.
“The board and I would like to thank Jim Wynn for his important contribution since GreenRoc’s admission to AIM in 2021 and to wish him every success in his future endeavours,” said chairman George Frangeskides.
GreenRoc also announced it had appointed Andrew Panteli as independent non-executive director.
Mr Panteli has more than 25 years’ experience within the “alternative investments” industry and held related roles including investment management, research, risk, operations, structuring, allocating capital, due diligence, business development and management.
