Golden Metal Resources plc received £136,858.86 following notices to exercise warrants over 805,052 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the company at 17p per warrant share.
On admission, Golden Metal’s issued share capital will comprise 109,832,217 ordinary shares of 1p each, with voting rights.
The transaction was on 14 June.
