Golden Metal Resources plc investor The Mega Group has increased its holding after exercising warrants over 1,470,588 new ordinary shares for £158,088.21.
The exercise was over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the company at a price of 10.75p per warrant share.
Following admission, Golden Metal’s issued share capital will comprise 92,520,308 ordinary shares of 1p each, with voting rights.
The Mega Company will hold 4,411,764 ordinary shares, representing 4.77% of Golden Metal’s enlarged issued share capital.
Golden Metal’s strategic United States government advisor, Chang Turkmani, who has an interest in The Mega Company, will have a total interest in 5,217,646 ordinary shares representing 5.64% of the Golden Metal’s enlarged issued share capital.
Over February and March, the company received four separate notices to exercise warrants over a total 431,818 ordinary shares, at an exercise price of 10.75p per warrant share, for a combined £46,420.
