Galantas Gold Corporation reported director dealings relating to its chief executive officer Mario Stifano.
The company said that on 17 May 2022, Mr Stifano bought 20,000 common shares of nil par value each at C$0.49.
On 16 May 2021, he bought 50,000 common shares at an average price C$0.49, representing a combined total of 0.08% of the company’s issued ordinary share capital.
Following the transactions, Mr Stifano’s interest in Galantas Gold is 370,499 common shares representing 0.45% of the company’s total voting rights.
