Galantas Gold Corporation raised CAD$3,212,666 (£1,865,462) in the early exercise of 6,323,333 warrants at an exercise price of CAD$0.40, with an additional 1,708,333 warrants exercised by insiders, CEO Mario Stifano and Ocean Partners USA Inc.
SHAREHOLDERS
The early exercise of warrants was by shareholders including Michael Gentile, Melquart Ltd and Eric Sprott.
A total of 18,673,265 CAD$0.40 warrants from the 14 May 2021 financing remain outstanding and are due to expire on May 14, 2023.
EDIT: 15.2.2022: Ocean Partners is a person closely associated with Brent Omland, a director of Galantas.
Mr Omland is chief financial officer of Ocean Partners and a nominee of Ocean Partners on the board of Galantas.
He also holds a minority stake in and is a director of Ocean Partners’ parent entity.
