Fulcrum Metals plc has extended the sale deadline for its Saskatchewan uranium projects to allow for delays in the documentation process.

The expected definitive agreement with potential purchaser Terra Balcanica Resources Corp has been deferred from May to 15 June.
Fulcrum signed the non-binding letter of intent on 2 April for 100% of the Charlot-Neely, Fontaine Lake, Snowbird and South Pendleton projects.
From the date of the LoI to the end of four years, Fulcrum will receive in aggregate CA$300,000 cash and Terra shares worth $3m.
Terra will complete exploration programmes to the total value of $3,250,000 within the same period.
