Fulcrum Metals plc has completed the definitive option agreement to sell the company’s uranium projects in Saskatchewan, Canada.
Purchaser Terra Balcanica Resources Corp acquired the option for 100% of the projects by completing four years’ exploration programmes and for staged cash and equity payments.
The assets comprise Charlot-Neely, Fontaine Lake, Snowbird and South Pendleton.
Proceeds will help Fulcrum advance its tailings processing assets of Teck-Hughes and Sylvanite in Ontario.
