First Class Metals plc non-executive director Danesh Varma has resigned to pursue other interests as Andrew Williamson becomes NED, effective 15 October.
Mr Varma will continue as an advisory consultant when required regarding corporate matters due to his extensive experience in Canada.
“On behalf of the board of directors, I would like to thank Danesh for his contributions as non-executive director; we are grateful for his efforts at First Class Metals and wish him well in his future endeavours,” said executive director Ayub Bodi.
Mr Williamson has experience in listing companies on major stock markets globally, public and private corporate transactions and the establishment of domestic and international funds.
He is a former institutional corporate stockbroker, nomad and sponsor to the full list.
