Metals exploration company First Class Metals plc has appointed Carlos Espinosa to the board of its 100% owned subsidiary First Class Metals Canada Inc.
Mr Espinosa is a mining executive with more than 30 years’ experience within Canadian capital markets, international business development and commercial banking.
He is currently chief executive at RooGold Inc. and director at Monarca Minerals Inc.
Mr Espinosa was formerly CFO of Fredonia Mining Inc, director of Silver X Mining, advisor of Mineros SA and head of business development, Global Mining.
He has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at North-western University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico (UNAM).
