Europa chairman purchases 5m shares

Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc’s chairman Bo Kroll has bought five million ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the company.

The acquisition was at an average price of 0.648 pence per ordinary share.

Following the purchase, Mr Kroll is beneficially interested in a total 62,951,502 ordinary shares in Europa, representing approximately 6.563% of the company’s issued share capital.

Earlier today, Europa’s chief executive officer bought three million shares in the company.
