SAMPLES

A full screen metallic analysis of a recent large boulder sample assayed 29.7 g/t compared with 20.1g/t Au from the initial grab sample near the newly drilled Bruce Fault structure.

Erris also collected 90 deep overburden samples at the Rob Roy target and is awaiting results.

An independent competent persons report (CPR) on the project is in its final form with an effective date of 20 August 2021.

LISTING

The news comes as the company submitted early notification to AIM with full legal due diligence and marketing to start soon.

The company hopes to raise £4 million for a major drill programme at the Lead Trial gold prospect, other targets including the Glen Almond licence which it recently acquired.

It will also look to acquire potential acquisitions as part of its growth strategy.

Erris added that listing would involve rebranding and a change of company name to Green Glen Minerals plc, which is scheduled for November 2021.
